Happy Birthday David!!

So this is delayed! David had a birthday on Saturday so I am a couple of days behind! Sorry!

As is tradition I asked David what he wanted for his meal and his response was simple....."Thanksgiving dinner minus the turkey!" That is what I made! I worked all day making the requested homemade apple pie, yellow cupcakes, homemade rolls, ham, candied yams, green beans, relish tray, and stuffing!! Everything turned out good except my rolls. No matter what I do I can't get them to taste like mom's! Miranda was here for the weekend so I know David had a great day but I will still say it...

Happy Birthday Granddaddy!

So I am a day late on getting this up, sorry!

Even though he is not here with us anymore I didn't want to forget about his birthday! He was an awesome man with a stubborn streak! He was a devoted husband and father! He had many friends in his little town and will always be missed and loved!

So I know that your birthday was a couple of days ago but there was a spontaneous trip out to Orem on the 4Th and then baby blessing's in Roosevelt on the fifth! I hope your birthday was really good and you got to relax and enjoy it!

Happy Birthday Dad!!!

So Dad is having his 60Th birthday today!!! He is at work today so hopefully it will be an OK day with very little stress or problems! There is gifts waiting for him when he gets home!!! I will be making him pot pie for dinner with strawberry ice cream and a strawberry cake!
