Rebecca is 15 months!!

Ok, I took my angel to her appointment today and was given her percentiles! She is weighing in at 17lbs. 5oz. putting her in the 2nd percentile. She is 29 inches long and that puts her in the 25th percentile! We have been giving her pedia sure to make sure that she gets the vitamins that she needs since she is an extremely picky eater! She likes something one day and the next won't want anything to do with it!

The foods that she likes are interesting! I can guarantee that she will eat the Jr. roast beef sandwich from Arby's and the fish sandwich from McDonald's! She is a funny girl! She loves pasta, cooked or not! She also loves cheese if it is not melted! Her favorite breakfast food is cookie crisp cereal. If someone else is eating a bowl of cereal then she likes that person to get a spoonful of milk so that she can put a piece of cereal in it and then eat it! She tries to do it herself and it doesn't work yet! She likes to eat gold fish crackers and the yogurt melts. She tries to like salad but so far can't get herself to do anything more than put the lettuce in her mouth and suck on it for a second before spitting it out! She likes anything sweet like anything chocolate! She loves gummy worms, cookies, and ice cream! Oh, she also likes garlic roasted triscuits!

She is in the 6 to 9 month cloths and some are way to big in the waist so she can get them off! That would be a favorite past time, taking off her pants! Her shoe size is size 2. She is still just a little bitty thing!

She tries to talk all the time though most of what she says is just this yelling of "awwwww" She will say grandpa, up, baby, nana, night night, go, and mom mom. I don't get mommy or momma, just mom mom! She is getting closer to saying other things like milk, candy, ca ca, names, and dada! If you ask her where something is such as her coat she will look in the direction that it is but won't point at anything! The same goes if you ask her where someone is, no pointing only looking! If you ask her if she is hungry or wants to eat a certain meal she will either shake her head no if she is not hungry or doesn't want to eat or tell you "mmmmm"! She makes me laugh!

Her walking is funny yet frustrating at the same time. She has good balance and can walk if she wants to but instead she makes someone hold her hand and walk with her all over the house. She started walking from person to person on the 6th of December and still enjoys that. She will walk on her own if she doesn't know anyone is watching her. If she even suspects that she is being watched then she drops to her bum and scoots or throws a tantrum if you won't taker her hand and walk with her. I am the only one that lets her thrown the tantrum, everyone else will walk with her. She just needs to start walking on her own!

She loves to "help" me with the dishes and playing in the cupboard with the seasonings! It wouldn't be so bad for her to play in the cupboard but I am to compulsive to have them unorganized everyday! She loves to play with her baby dolls and will pat them on the back as if saying its ok, the same as I do her when I pick her up! She likes her 4 wheeler that she got for Christmas but she hasn't yet figured out how to turn the handle so she drives into everything! When she plays in her toys she will usually pick some of them up when she is done. After she eats dinner or something she likes to wash her own face and hands as well as the highchair tray! She likes to be clean and likes to point out in the tub her freckle that is in her leg as if telling me that I missed a spot! She is a big shoe girl! Kevin took her around in the hotel when we were in Vegas and there was a tattoo shop that he went into. She fussed and fussed until they left. Right next door was a shoe store. He took her in there and she fussed and fussed when they left! She picks out her shoes each day and gets excited when I put the shoes that she picked on her feet! She loves going to church most likely because she gets to wear dresses and loves to show them off!

That is all that I can think of at the time, I am sure I am forgetting so many things! This at least gives everyone an idea of the kind of child she is becoming! As I said above at the beginning, I will get some pictures posted as soon as I download them onto the computer!
