Above is a picture of Rebecca and myself here at the house today! She is adorable and the perfect angel!!!I should have fixed this one below but I guess everyone can turn heads and see her! She was hungry and looking for me so she would not look toward the camera! This is one of the outfits that we had to buy for her yesterday because nothing that I have bought for the last 8 months in preparation for her fits her!! She is tiny!
The one below is in the same outfit as above, I cheated and got it while she was sleeping!
I just put this one in for kicks and giggles! This is me on Sunday when we got home from the hospital. I am swollen from the surgery but for the most part, I have to say that I don't look like I just had a baby 3 days previous! Oh, by the way these pictures are not in any specific order! I just saw a picture and put it on here!
We are getting ready to get her dressed to go home in this picture! She had her eyes open so we took the opportunity and took a picture!
The proud papa after she was born! I was not in this one since I was still in the operating room!
I had to wait until 12 30 before I got to hold her because she was on oxygen until that point. This is when I first got to hold her. I was a little bit out of it still but was so anxious to get her in my arms I made sure that I stayed awake until they brought her to me! I look not so good but the feeling I had was completely different! I am amazed every time that I look at her and can't believe sometimes that she is really mine! I am so much in love and have been since they pulled her out. I was in tears when I was watching them clean her off! I wish I was not tied to a table so I could have touched her right then but I was able to give her lots of kisses before they took her to the nursery!
This one is right before we were leaving the hospital. I am not sure why the color is off but you can kind of see how small she is in comparison to the car seat! The day we were leaving she was weighed in at 4lbs. 14oz. We had to go back yesterday and have her weighed and she lost down to 4lbs. 12oz. Today we had to go again and she weighed 4lbs 13oz!!! I go again tomorrow and hopefully I will find that she has gained again!!
This last picture for this post is one that makes me laugh!! I have mentioned several times in past blogs that she hated having her picture taken when ultrasounds were done and anytime a monitor was placed on her she would run from it! Well this picture shows how much she does not like her picture taken! I am going to have to get this one framed!!
Well, that is some of the pictures that I have of my sweet little angel! She is a great baby! She is not one that likes to stay awake at night! We go to bed around 10pm to 11pm and she will sleep until around 4am. This morning she woke up at 2am but that was because she had a dirty diaper. I fed her anyway even though all she wanted to do was get back to sleep as soon as possible! She then woke up at her usual time of 4am, right on schedule!! After she eats at 4am then she will go back to sleep until around 8 30am to 9am. That is sometimes to early for her and I have to wake her up! It is nice!!I will obviously post more pictures of her but these are just a few so that everyone can see how cute she is without tubes! So what do you think of my teeny tiny sweetie??

She is adorable Susannah! Like Alison, I am really wishing I could hold her. And how fun that you'll have a tiny one for awhile. Babies grow so fast as it is, but when they come out at 8 or so pounds, it really goes fast!
You look great by the way. I have never ever ever ever taken a picture of my post baby tummy.
And I think that is the biggest smile I've ever seen from Kevin. He looks pretty happy there.
That's great that she is doing so well sleeping already. I hope it continues. Isn't it amazing how much you can love your baby? Every single one of mine, I would just marvel to look at them and think that they are really mine. And until someone has one of their own, they just don't understand those kind of powerful emotions.
She really is a doll.
She is really cute! And so tiny. My kids were tiny but not that tiny! I also wish I could be there to hold her.
I think I mentioned this to you before but I hate you. You dont look at all like you just had a baby! Its really not fair you know. There was no way I would show anyone my post baby belly let alone take a picture of it.
I think that is the only time I have seen Kevin smile. That is a picture you should frame. He definately looks happy!
Congradulations again and enjoy every second. They dont stay little long enough.

She is absolutely beautiful.. Congrats!! I love that age they are so much fun. Now mine is running around making me crazy i miss the first few months :) I cant wait to have another one!!
