Well last night the army recruiter came over and talked about jobs with Adrian, myself, and Kevin. After all was said and done for the evening we were told that 2 days after graduation is when my baby boy will leave and be gone for 10 weeks of training and then sent off for another 4 weeks. I will be so sad since he will not be able to spend any time with the family this summer after he gets out of school. I am also very nervous for him. Call me selfish but I would much rather have him home for a couple of months after graduation just to spend with everyone.
On Tuesday, October 28 he will go with the recruiter out to Provo and then to a motel room to have any final talks about anything that Adrian is concerned with and so on. On Wednesday October 29Th he will be sworn in. I will have mixed emotions about it but will support him and try to show only happy tears!! If the tears are coming anyway I guess I can always lie and say that they are happy even if they are not!!!

I know how the summer thing can go. I was not able to spend any time with my family this summer either since I was gone for training with the World's Greatest Air Force! It was all worth it in the end. So does he know what job he will be doing? Where is Army basic training?
It is somewhere on the east coast is all we know and he is deciding between two jobs but leaning more towards a missal tracker.
